Grace's Insect TC Medium with L-Glutamine

Grace's Medium has always been the most popular medium for insect cell culture. Before use, supplement the medium with FCS, yeast extract lactalbumin or BSA in variant amounts.

Grace's medium is excellent for the cultivation of diptera and lepidoptera.
