Hybridoma media 6 and 7 are serum-free, chemically defined media for the cultivation of almost all types of hybridomas, hybridoma culture and the production of monoclonal antibodies. They are "ready to use" media that no longer require supplementation.

Antibodies produced in serum-free hybridoma media are faster and easier to purify than those from serum-containing media.

Because production is always the same from lot to lot, you always achieve the same results in your hybridoma culture. There are no different influences on your culture due to different FCS batches.

Hybridoma Medium 7 is completely protein-free and therefore suitable for the highest demands.

The Hybridoma media are available without phenol red to prevent interfering influences in chromogenic detection methods.

Due to these properties, serum-free Hybridoma Media are superior to all other Hybridoma Media available on the market. This applies to cell proliferation, antibody and protein yields and, above all, to the price.
