MCDB 153 Basal medium liquid (without L-glutamine), 500 ml

 

MCDB 153 Basal Medium is a modification of HAM's F12 medium, which has been enriched with specific nutrients to promote the growth of certain cell types. MCDB 153 medium allows serum-free growth of human keratinocytes, CHO cells and chicken embryo fibroblasts, among others.

The medium contains: Glucose, HEPES, sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyruvate and phenol red.
