    Hybridoma 6 direct is chemically defined and serum-free.
    It does not require any further additives.
    Hybridoma 6 without phenol red is ideally suited for chromogenic test procedures.

Hybridoma media 6 and 7 are serum-free, chemically defined media for the cultivation of almost all types of hybridomas, hybridoma culture and the production of monoclonal antibodies. They are "ready to use" media that no longer require supplementation. Antibodies produced in serum-free hybridoma media are faster and easier to purify than those from serum-containing media.

Because production is always the same from lot to lot, you will always achieve the same results in your hybridoma culture. There are no different influences on your culture due to different FCS batches.

Hybridoma Medium 7 is completely protein-free and therefore suitable for the highest demands.

The Hybridoma media are available without phenol red to prevent interfering influences in chromogenic detection methods.
