Plant DNA Kit enables simple and reliable isolation of DNA from various plant materials (e.g., leaves, stems, seeds, roots). With column-based DNA purification and optimized, virtually harmless buffers, our kit offers maximum ease of use and high safety. The Plant DNA Kit contains various lysis buffers and protocols for the efficient digestion of different plant source materials (fresh, frozen, or dried). After lysis, a pre-filtration step removes non-lysed plant components. Within 30-40 min (including lysis), you will obtain high-quality isolated DNA (approx. 3-25 µg), which is ideal for subsequent downstream analyses and polymerase chain reactions (PCRs).
