Food DNA Kit is specially optimized for the simple and reliable isolation of DNA from fresh or treated (salted, colored, dried) food samples. With our kit, you can obtain high-quality DNA (ratio A260/A280: 1.7 - 2.0) from milk, dairy products, cheese, yogurt, meat, sausages, and much more in just approx. 30 min (after lysis). Thanks to column-based DNA purification and optimized, virtually harmless buffers, our kit is extremely easy to use and highly reliable. The high-quality, isolated DNA is suitable for subsequent analyses such as PCR, qPCR, or sequencing.
