The delivery of the Bio&SELL Taq Polymerase includes:

    Two different buffer systems with and without detergent
    Separate MgCl2 solution
    Solution for GC-rich templates and background minimisation

 
Choose the optimal buffer system for the specific application:

    Buffer B containing detergent can be used to optimise the yields of the PCR reaction.
    Buffer BD without TWEEN-20 is recommended for detergent-sensitive downstream applications.
