5x Hot-Start PCR-Mastermix ready-to-load, 5000 μl

5x Hot-Start PCR Master Mix “ready-to-load” is an optimized, ready-to-use solution for precise and reliable hot-start polymerase chain reactions (PCR) with subsequent visualization by agarose gel electrophoresis. The mastermix is 5x concentrated and contains all components for efficient PCR (hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2, and dNTPs) in optimal concentrations (5x). All you need to do is add your desired template DNA, primers, and water, and you can start DNA amplification immediately.

The Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase contained in the mix has strong proofreading activity and provides you with precise and exactly reproducible PCR results. The Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase is a further development of our thermostable Taq DNA polymerase (isolated from the thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus). Thanks to an introduced modification, the enzyme activity of our Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase is only released after a single incubation at 95°C for 15 min.
