qPCR Mastermix EvaGreen® Rox is a specially optimized mastermix for EvaGreen®-based real-time qPCRs (quantitative polymerase chain reactions). It contains all the necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primers. The 5x concentrated kit is ideal for fast and reliable detection/quantification of DNA and cDNA targets.

This mastermix contains the reference dye Rox.
