Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is a standardized cell culture medium with a high nutrient and glucose content. It is very well suited for the cultivation of rapidly proliferating, adherent cells of all types (mammalian cells, insect cells, plant cells). 

This DMEM is 10x concentrated. It contains all components in a concentration 10 times higher than standard DMEM.
