vWF agarose for multimer analysis

Bio&SELL vWF-Multimer Agarose ("von Willebrand Protein") is especially suitable for the separation of multimers:

    gelling temperature of over 40°C

    very low sulphate content of less than 0.2% to 0.3%.

 
Typical applications are investigations of:

    von Willebrand's factor multimer separation
    Factor VIII multimer separation
    Counter-immune electrophoresis (CIEP, Crossed-IEP).

 
Advantages:

    Preparation also possible with standard Laemmli buffer
    No need for toxic monomer solutions
    Very high yields with sample recovery
