100 bp plus marker " separate loading dye": 6-fold concentrated loading buffer is included. You can choose between the dye bromophenol blue or orange G. For an optimal result we recommend to mix the samples to be analysed with the loading buffer as well; the amount sent along is sufficient for up to 2000 of your samples (at 250µg marker). You save yourself another loading buffer.
