50 bp marker " separate loading dye": a 6-fold concentrated loading buffer is included in the delivery. Here, too, you can choose between the dye bromophenol blue and orange G. For optimal results, we recommend mixing the samples to be analysed with the loading buffer; the quantity supplied is sufficient for up to 2000 of your samples (at 250µg marker). You save yourself another loading buffer.
