Bromophenol blue loading buffer, 0.5 ml

Bio&SELL offers loading buffers with both the Orange G dye and Bromophenol Blue. They are available separately or in combination with a marker (marker "separate loading dye").

 

Loading buffer with bromophenol blue

The loading buffer contains the dyes bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol. Bromophenol blue migrates approx. at the level of a 300bp DNA fragment, xylene cyanol approx. at the level of a 4kb DNA fragment.
