Double Pure Combi Kit - Extremely fast and effective purification

The Bio&SELL Double Pure Kombi Kit allows an extremely fast and effective purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels and PCR preparations.

In addition, a concentration of the DNA is possible, the elution volume can be reduced to only 10 µl.
Advantages:

    Fast: Washing steps are reduced to a minimum.
    PCR purification protocol with only 2 steps
    Agarose purification protocol with only 3 steps
    Convenient: Purification via silica membrane columns

For a more gentle elution of DNA we recommend to use our Low Melt Agarose for preparative gels.
