PCR reaction directly from plant cell lysate


The Bio&SELL Plant Direct 2x PCR Mastermix allows a PCR reaction directly from the plant cell or seed lysate without the need to purify the DNA beforehand:

    Simply transfer 1-3 µl lysate (preparation approx. 5-10 min) into the Mastermix and start the PCR reaction.
    The process takes place in a single reaction vessel
    Ideally suited for routine screening of genes that are frequently examined in the same way
    For genomic DNA from plants and seeds of various origins
    The mix is stable for 1 month at room temperature, up to 3 months at +4°C and at least 12 months at - 20°C
    Included: lysis buffer, pipetting and PCR protocols
