S-Dis Hot-Start Polymerase

Bio&SELL S-Dis Hot-Start Polymerase is a thermostable polymerase with strong strand displacement activity. The S-Dis polymerase achieves excellent results in all methods of DNA amplification (LAMP, PCR, PCDR). Unlike naturally occurring enzymes with strong strand displacement activity (Bst or Phi29 polymerase) which are only active up to 68 °C, this novel polymerase is stable up to 93 °C.

The activity of the S-Dis hot-start polymerase is blocked by an antibody; only when heated above 90°C is the antibody inactivated and the reaction starts.
