Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline (DPBS) is an aqueous salt solution that can be used as a diluent, reference solution, or for washing cells. This PBS powder yields 50 L of PBS solution and contains no Ca2+ and Mg2+. It does not contain phenol red either.
