This mix contains 50 reactions a' 20 µl.

The 5x QPCR Mix EvaGreen® (No Rox), for EvaGreen®-based QRT-PCR are optimised for real-time applications like quantitative PCR and contain all necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primer.

 

 EvaGreen® is compatible with all common real-time PCR cyclers - just select the default setting for SYBR® Green or FAM!

    Detection and quantification of DNA and cDNA targets.
    Profiling of gene expression
    Microbial detection
    Determination of viral loads

Stability:

    Thermostable
    1 month stable at room temperature
    Stable for 6 months at 2°C to 8°C
