5x QPCR EvaGreen® Rox, 5000 μl, 1250 rxn à 20 µl

This mix contains 1,250 reactions a' 20 µl.

The 5x QPCR Mixes EvaGreen® (Rox), for EvaGreen®-based QRT-PCR are optimised for real-time applications like quantitative PCR and contain all necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primer.

EvaGreen® is compatible with all common real-time PCR cyclers - just select the default setting for SYBR® Green or FAM!

    Detection and quantification of DNA and cDNA targets
    Profiling of gene expression
    Microbial detection
    Determination of viral loads

 

Stability:

    Thermostable
    1 month stable at room temperature
    Stable for 6 months at 2°C to 8°C

 With internal reference dye Rox.

Rox is a passive internal reference dye used to normalise the fluorescence reporter signal during QPCR.

The final concentration of the Rox dye in the reaction mixture is 500 nM.
