RT-qPCR SYBR® Green Rox One-Step Mix

    Combines reverse transcription and subsequent real-time PCR in one tube.
    The combination of both steps directly one after the other reduces the required pipetting steps to a minimum.
    This saves time and reduces the risk of contamination.
    All reagents required for the synthesis of high-quality cDNA and the quantitative Real Time PCR are included (except template and primer).

 The dye SYBR® Green is particularly well suited to meet the requirements of quantitative Real Time PCR experiments according to the current state of the art. The intercalating dye provides strong fluorescence signals while showing no detectable inhibition of PCR.
