5x Multiplex QPCR-Mix (Rox), 5000 μl, 1250 rxn à 20 µl

This mix contains 1,250 reactions a' 20 µl.

The 5x Multiplex QPCR Mixes for probe-based QRT-PCR (No Rox or Rox) are optimised for real-time applications, especially quantitative multiplex PCR, and contain all necessary components for quantitative multiplex PCR except template DNA, primer and probe.

 

The 5x Multiplex QPCR-Mix Rox contains optimised components, especially MultiPlex relevant buffers as well as Bio&SELL Hot-Start Taq-DNA-Polymerase in a proprietary buffer system, which allows the detection of up to 5-10 targets.

Cycler and probe compatibility

Bio&SELL 5x QPCR Mix (Rox) is compatible with any probe system and real-time cyclers that require Rox as a refernce dye,

e.g. ABI PRISM® 7000, 7300, 7700, 7900 and 7900HT (including Fast-Block).

With internal reference dye Rox.

Rox is a passive, internal reference dye used to normalise the fluorescence reporter signal during QPCR. The final concentration of the Rox dye in the reaction mixture is 500 nM.
