AccuMax - without phenol red, 100 ml

AccuMax is a highly concentrated, enzyme-containing cell dissociation solution for adherent cells and offers a gentle alternative to conventional trypsin treatment. This ready-to-use solution, composed of proteolytic, collagenolytic, and DNase enzymes, is effective at dissolving tissues and cell aggregates (e.g., spheroids) that are difficult to detach. AccuMax is used during the passaging of cell cultures and increases the accuracy of cell counting. It is also used in viral transfection assays, cell sorting, flow cytometry, and bioreactor scaling.
