Accutase without phenol red

Cell Detachment Solution

There is evidence that phenol red has an effect on hormones. That is why Bio&SELL offers Accutase without phenol red, which is particularly suitable for research on endocrine cells or the study of hormonal cycles and their influence on metabolism, growth, and reproduction.Accutase retains its gentle cell detachment properties.

Accutase is supplied as a 3x stock solution (33.3 ml) together with 500 ml (D)PBS without Ca2+, Mg2+.
Please dilute the Accutase stock solution 3:1 with (D)PBS without Ca2+, Mg2+ before use.
