qPCR Mastermix EvaGreen® ROBUST is a highly specific, optimized mastermix for EvaGreen®-based real-time qPCRs (quantitative polymerase chain reactions). It contains all the necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primers. The 5x concentrated kit is ideal for:

Low copy numbers (low copy DNA)
Long DNA templates (up to 500 bp)
GC-rich DNA templates

qPCR Mastermix EvaGreen® ROBUST contains a dUTP/dTTP mixture and is therefore suitable for UNG treatments to prevent contamination. The blue dye contained in the mix also facilitates pipetting. This mastermix contains the reference dye Rox.
