Saliva DNA Kit enables simple and reliable isolation of total DNA from saliva samples and cheek swabs in only approx. 10 min (after cell lysis). Thanks to column-based DNA purification and optimized buffers that are virtually harmless to health, our kit impresses with its ease of use and high level of safety. The isolated DNA has the highest purity (ratio A260/A280: 1.7–2.0) and is ideal for subsequent analyses and polymerase chain reactions (PCRs).

Our kit contains swabs with a unique structure to significantly increase DNA yield. Our Saliva DNA Kit is suitable for human and animal samples.
