The DNA Mini Kit enables simple and rapid isolation of total DNA from tissues, eukaryotic cell pellets, cheek swabs, bacteria, yeast, blood, or rodent tails in only about 10 minutes (after lysis). The kit contains various buffers that can be combined depending on the starting material, giving you maximum flexibility. With column-based DNA purification and optimized, virtually harmless buffers, our kit impresses with its ease of use and high safety. Isolated DNA has the highest purity (ratio A260/A280: 1.7–2.0) and is ideal for subsequent analyses and polymerase chain reactions (PCRs).
