qPCR Mastermix Probe No Rox is a specially optimized mastermix for probe-based real-time PCRs (quantitative polymerase chain reactions). It contains all the necessary components for qPCR except template DNA, primers, and probes. The 5x concentrated kit is ideal for fast and reliable detection/quantification of DNA and cDNA targets and contains optimized components as well as hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, which also allows the detection of low-copy DNA targets.

This mastermix does not contain the reference dye Rox.
