Multiplex qPCR Mastermix Rox is a specially optimized mastermix for probe-based real-time PCRs (quantitative polymerase chain reactions) of multiple DNA targets (5-10 targets). It contains all the necessary components for qPCR except template DNA, primers, and probes. The 5x concentrated mastermix is ideal for fast and reliable detection/quantification of 5-10 DNA and cDNA targets.

Multiplex qPCR Mastermix Rox contains a dUTP/dTTP mixture and is therefore suitable for UNG treatments to prevent contamination.

This mastermix does not contain the reference dye Rox.
