The dNTP set consists of 4 individual tubes, each containing one nucleotide (dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dUTP). For a PCR, the required nucleotides are then added individually. Background information on dUTP:

The use of dUTP in a set together with a Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG) prevents cross contamination with other DNA samples. This can be critical, e.g. in medical diagnostics, as one has to be sure that the PCR product does not originate from a previous PCR (false positive results).
These carry-over contaminations can be prevented by using dUTP instead of dTTP and a uracil-N-gycosylase (UNG). After PCR, any DNA present will contain dUTP. This nucleotide is recognised by the UNG enzyme and leads to the degradation of the DNA. Afterwards, the UNG is heat-inactivated (e.g. 15 min at 95°C). This is important because otherwise the enzyme would also immediately degrade the newly synthesised DNA strands. Tip: Only a DNA polymerase without proofreading function can be used for PCR.
