5x PCR Mastermix - for standard PCR

The 5x PCR Mastermix is a "ready to use" solution for PCR.

    It already contains all components for an efficient PCR (polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs) in optimal concentration: For a fast and comfortable handling with reproducible results "ready-to-use".
    You still add template DNA, primer and water.
    Protocol or pipetting scheme is included.
