RNase inhibitor

    The RNase inhibitor inhibits the activity of RNAse A, RNAse B and RNAse C.
    Inhibition is complete and occurs by non-covalent binding in a 1:1 ratio.

 
The RNase inhibitor is compatible with:

    SP6, T7, T3 RNA polymerase
    AMV and M-MLV reverse transcriptase
    Taq DNA polymerase

 
The use of the RNAse inhibitor is recommended for:

    Reverse transcription - cDNA synthesis
    Identification of specific ribonuclease activities
    In vitro translation and in vitro transcription
    Studies of tumour suppression
    Isolation of mammalian cell fractions containing larger mRNA-protein complexes
    Production of RNAse free antibodies
