The 5x QPCR Mix EvaGreen® Capillary, for EvaGreen®-based QPCR, are optimised for real-time applications such as quantitative PCR and contain all necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primer.

Cycler and probe compatibility

EvaGreen® is compatible with all common real-time PCR cyclers - simply select the default setting for SYBR® Green or FAM!
