This mix contains 250 reactions of 20 µl each.

The 5x QPCR Mix EvaGreen® (No Rox) for EvaGreen®-based QRT-PCR is optimised for real-time applications such as quantitative PCR and contains all necessary components for quantitative PCR except template DNA and primer.

 

EvaGreen® is compatible with all common real-time PCR cyclers - simply select the default setting for SYBR® Green or FAM!

    Gene expression profiling
    Microbial detection
    Determination of viral loads

Stability:

    Thermostable
    Stable for 1 month at room temperature
