Blood DNA Mini Kit

For reliable isolation of DNA from 50 to 400 µl whole blood.

The column-based kit contains a special lysis buffer including proteinase K and all other required buffers for binding, washing and eluting the DNA. Two protocols are available for processing different total blood output volumes (400µl whole blood and less than 400µl whole blood).

The recommended elution volume is 200µl. Depending on the quantity used and the required DNA concentration, the elution volume can be varied and precisely matched to the subsequent application.
