Our Keratinocyte Medium is a basal medium for the serum-free culture of human keratinocytes. The formulation of our Keratinocyte Medium is based on the MCDB 153 medium. It selectively supports the growth of human keratinocytes while suppressing the overgrowth of fibroblasts. The basal medium must be supplemented with certain additives before use (not included in the product).
