Freeze Protect III - for safe cryopreservation:

The chemically defined (serum-free & protein-free) freezing medium Freeze Protect III is optimized for freezing animal and human cells (adherent and suspension cells). It contains neither human nor animal components and is especially recommended for cells from serum-free culture. Freeze Protect III does not contain DMSO. The formulation without DMSO is particularly suitable for primary cells and other applications where DMSO is not desirable (due to cytotoxic side effects). In addition, Freeze Protect III has been tested positively for the preservation of tissue samples, e.g. umbilical cord tissue.

Properties
